3 Position Clean (Mid-hang, Hang, Floor) - 48,5 kg x 3 sets
Clean & Jerk - 56,5 kg x 1 x 3

Strength:
Bench Press - Find your 5 Rep Max
1 x 5 x 58,5 kg (+2 kg)
Failure at rep #5 on set 2. Impatient, should have allowed for more rest.
Added a third set of 1 x 5 x 52,5 kg
