I FINALLY got my new pull-up bar up. I don't want to think about how many months I have been with that basic resource of western civilization, the sure sign of a gentleman, and hallmark of true nobility.
Also, I don't want to think about how weak my pull-ups have become. Embarassing is too kind a word.
Anyway, I re-started my CF workouts on January 1st, which got me Murph. Which I scaled to:
100 rope jumps
50 pull-ups
100 push-ups
150 squats
100 rope jumps
Time Total: 33:07
Only now that I type this down do I realize that I did 200 rope jumps too many. Oops.
Seriously, I need to get my pull-ups back to an acceptable level.
