Back Squat
3 x 5 x 112,5 kg

Shoulder Press
1 x 56,5 kg
1 x 5 x 52,5 kg

Decided to add in BSqu and ShPress, A-B-A-B style. This is more or less the weight I left those lifts a year ago. BSqu was OK, but not easy; ShPress was tough.
