135 pound Hang squat clean, 15 reps
30 Push-ups
Instead, I did 5 rounds of
15 x HPCs, 52,5 kg
30 x Pushups
Total Time: 24:16
I started out with 60,5 kg on the HPC (which would have been as rx'ed), but I had to take some plates off after Round 1. My limiting factor with these damn HPCs is gripping strength, or rather my lack thereof. I'll have to add a few HPC into my warmup routine.
