Dear diary,

today I repeated my workout of

Deadlift
1 x 5 x 124,5 kg
1 x 5 x 112,5 kg
3 x 5 x 102,5 kg

Bench Press
1 x 5 x 68,5 kg
1 x 5 x 62,5 kg
5 x 5 x 56,5 kg


and added 3 x 10 band stretches. Things are working well. I'm eager to add a plate.
