Added 4x8 BB Curls, and, just for the hell of it, 2 x 8 triceps kickbacks.
Reading through C. Thibaudeau: Black Book of Training Secrets. Interesting read, though I haven't made up my mind whether those programs/principles are something worth doing. I might consider something of the sort for the winter months.
