3 x 10 of:

Back Squats (82,5 kg)
BB Rows (42,5 kg)
BB Curls (28,5 kg)

I think for next week, 3x10 + 3x8 is a bit unrealistic at the weights I did this week. I'll drop the 3x10 weight by 10 - 20%, and try the 3x8 weight at this week's level. Especially the DL's aren't doable otherwise.
