Shoulder Press

Upped the weight. This is still doable with good form without massive fatigue, but it's a tad more challenging.
Added BB Curls. Accidentally did 2x10 + 2x8 (instead of 4x8).
Also got two easier grippers from Captains of Crush, one for me and one for the wife (and for me to warmup with). With this climbing thing, I need to work seriously on grip strength (also climbing technique, obviously).
