Presses
5 x 5 x 46,5 kg

Added 2 x MaxRep Chinups and got 4 and 3 reps; did 5 x Knee-to-Elbow.

Alright, I'm worse at pullups than I thought, but let's face it: this time, I'm using full ROM. So that's OK.
