I tried squatting, but I still don't have full range of motion; so I'm reluctant to put weight on the joint. With all the pauses, I started slower today.

I'm trying to change from pushups with hands at shoulder height to hands at hip height. Also, I've ordered a new pullup bar which I can mount over the door. I'm planning to add rings on x-mas.
