Here I go!

Squats
5 x 5 x 62,5 kg

Push Presses
5 x 5 x 46,5 kg

Maxrep chinups was 16, 10 and 8 reps.

Added 15 x situps, pushups with elevated feet, db rows.

I'll up the weight next week. This week, I'll continue to watch my form. And to celebrate the new blog, I'll - again - watch what I eat more closely.

In September, I'll be moving. This means I'll get a dedicated workout space, so I can do back squats and benches...
