Warmup was two hours climbing. Enough to loosen up, even at this fracking temperatures.

Bench Press
1 x 5 x 62,5 kg
1 x 5 x 56,5 kg

Added 1 x 5 chins weighted at 7 kg, and another 5 chins unweighted.
