Added 1 x 5 chins weighted at 7 kg, and another 5 chins unweighted.
I started at a conservative weight. No sense in stalling early. I'll try to add weight on a weekly basis. This will still leave me with a lower overall volume - even with higher weights, relatively speaking - but that's sorta the point.
