Rest precisely 3 minutes No rest between finishing Tabata squats and muscle-ups. Multiply lowest squat count of all eight intervals by the number of muscle-ups completed in four minutes for each round.
I subbed 3 pullups and three pushups for each MU.
Score Round 1: 10 x 7 = 70
Score Round 2: 10 x 6 = 60
