each lift at +2kg.

Added sets of 10 DB Rows (13 kg) between each DL set, for a total of 4 sets; and a set of five chins between the warm-up and first work sets of the Bench, for 3 sets. Had to cancel the usual assistance work for non-workout related reasons; something important came up.
