Added 25 x 1 Chin-Up, weighted with 5 kg.

Shoulder Press
3 x 3 x 46,5 kg
Added BB Curls. 4 x 8
Friday 10.06.2011
Deadlift
1 x 2 x 122,5 kg
Bench Press
1 x 2 x 64,5 kg
Added 12 x 2 DB Rows
