I did the following:

Monday, 06.06.2011

Deadlift
1 x 5 x 122,5 kg (decreased a bit, since I took weight off last Fri's workout, too)
1 x 5 x 112,5 kg

Bench Press
5 x 5 x 54,5 kg

Added 25 x 1 Chin-Up, weighted with 5 kg.


Wednesday 08.06.2011

Back Squats
3 x 3 x 90,5 kg

Shoulder Press
3 x 3 x 46,5 kg

Added BB Curls. 4 x 8


Friday 10.06.2011

Deadlift
1 x 2 x 122,5 kg

Bench Press
1 x 2 x 64,5 kg

Added 12 x 2 DB Rows
