AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
- 10 Hang squat cleans, #52,5 kg
- 20 DB Thrusters, #12 kg each
4 rounds in 10:59 (improved by about a minute, and some reps)
The first time I've used bands (pink ones, no less). Added them to the warm-up pushups, and the press. Fun!
