"The Seven"
3 Rounds for Time:
- 7 Handstand Push-ups
- 7 Thrusters, 42,5 kg
- 7 Knees to Elbows
- 7 Deadlifts, 82,5 kg
- 7 Burpees
- 7 DB Swings, 20 kg
- 7 Pull-ups

Time: 24:13

Tough. In theory, this workout has seven rounds... I still have to train a bit before I tackle that.
