"Windy Cindy"
Set a countdown timer for 20 minutes.
- 150 x Rope Jumps
Then AMRAP in the remainder of time after you complete the RJs:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats

13 rounds in 19:29.
