Snatch Deadlift - 56,5 kg x 3 x 2

Strength:

Front Squat - Set a new 1RM
1 x 92,5 kg

WOD:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
- 5 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 10 Clapping Push-ups
- 15 Squat Jumps

4 rounds in 09:45. Clapping PUs were the limiting factor here.
