So, back again. I started with a much lower weight, to ease into things. DL went well, no pain at all. BPr started to hurt a bit when I upped the weight, so I dropped back and added a set of ten instead. Threw on BB Curls.
I increased the volume a bit. I need to improve on strength-endurance anyway, this is as good a point to start there as any.
