No Bench Press. I moved something wrong warming up with the BP (maybe I didn't have the back properly on the bench?). Anyway, some shoulder pain when BP'ing. Not too serious, nothing to worry about, but I want to keep it non-serious.
Instead, 3 x 10 pushups with added band resistance, and a few DB curls (reason: why the hell not).
