Deadlift 1RM
1 x 144,5 kg (PR by +2 kg, yet again)

Bench Press 1RM
1 x 76,5 kg (PR by +2 kg)

Shoulder Press 1RM
1 x 67,5 kg (also a PR, +5 kg compared to August)


All lifts were pretty hard; Bench Press could have gone either way.


Added 3 x 10 BB Rows 42,5 kg


Met a friend I hadn't seen in a while; he later told my wife he almost hadn't recognized me, 'cause I had put on so much muscle *big grin*
