Back under the bar!

For starters, I did a Barbell Complex:

2 x 10 of
Back Squats
Shoulder Press
Front Squats
Rows

at 32,5 kg. The Press kind of limits the weight on this thing. Added 3x10 BB Curls, and my usual grip work (almost got CoC Gripper #1 closed).
