Front Squats (2 sets with 72,5 kg, 1 set with 62,5 kg)
Shoulder Press (1 set each with 46,5 kg, 42,5 kg and 36,5 kg)
Chins (Full set - 5+5 reps - 5+3+2 reps)
Had to adapt the weight; my guess as to an acceptable 3x10 weight was a bit high.
