Back Squats (66,5 kg - 82,5 kg)
BB Rows (42,5 kg - 46,5 kg)
BB Curls (28,5 kg - 30,5 kg)
Added 2 x 10 lat raises.
Climbing is pretty much dialed-in, bi-weekly. No need to put it down each time. Next week will be a short week: Wednesdays I'll have the first of four tattoo sessions, and it's likely I'll not work out the rest of the week after that.
