Bad day! :)

Deadlift
1 x 135, 5 kg, Failure on the 2nd rep

Bench Press
Failure at 70,5 kg

Added 12 x 2 DB Rows on each side, #16 kg.

Next week is a vacation anway, with no workouts. I'll start at a lower weight, and on Fri with 3RM, when I'm back.
