I had a pretty persistent bug these days, and it took me a bit to recover. I started with a lowered weight, and a good thing too: two weeks off, and you feel as if it was the first workout. OK, not that bad, but tough enough.

5 x 5 x 54,5 kg
Added Pull-Ups and BB Curls.
