Friday was no workout, but an extended bike tour; about 350 km one way.

Today:

Deadlift
1 x 5 x 120,5 kg (+4 kg)
1 x 5 x 108,5 kg (+4 kg)

Bench Press
1x 5 x 59,5 kg (+1 kg)
4 x 5 x 58,5 kg (+0 kg)


Couldn't have gone with 59,5 for all 5 sets.


Added Chin-Ups and DB Presses.
