Deadlift - 3RM
1 x 3 x 128,5 kg (+6 kg)
 
Added a back-off set at 1 x 3 x 112,5 kg.

Bench Press - 3RM
1 x 3 x 68,5 kg (+2 kg)

Both lifts were close, and definitely maximal efforts. As usual, added Pull-Ups and BB Curls.
