Shoulder Press, 1 rep (54,5 kg)
Deadlift, 1 rep (107,5 kg)

Total: 258,5 kg
...or 574 in Mainpage pounds.


Press might be a PR or not, not sure.
Hit Failure on the deadlifts at 112,5 kg.
