Back Squats
5 x 5 x 78,5 kg

Presses
5 x 5 x 46,5 kg

Added the usual 15 x weighted situps, pushups, db rows. I also added light HPCs
into my warmup routine.

Still feel yesterdays workout in the arms and shoulders. The reward of a job well done :)
