Front Squats
5 x 5 x 70,5 kg

Push Presses
5 x 5 x 50,5 kg

Deadlifts
1 x 5 x 104,5 kg

Deadlifts were more like 1 x 3 plus 1 x 2. I have yesterday as an excuse, though.

Also, had a friend along today, and taught her Back Squats, Presses and DLs. Spreading the love!

    Spreading the love AND the pain, dear Zorg.
    I can barely walk, much less run, bend over or do anything significant with my legs.
    Boy, that feels good...
